Why tallow and herbs clear rash that creams only cover.
Petroleum-based creams just sit on top of the skin. Grass-fed beef tallow is different — it's rich in vitamins A, D, E & K and so close to skin's own structure that it works with the skin to soothe and repair the barrier. We infuse the oils with four healing herbs, then seal it with a gentle zinc-and-beeswax barrier.

How to use it
At each change, apply a thin layer to clean, completely dry skin. The zinc-and-beeswax barrier keeps moisture off so skin can heal between changes.
Pro tip (game-changer): lightly dust baby's bottom with arrowroot powder after wiping to absorb leftover moisture, then apply to a fully dry surface. Sealing moisture under cream is the #1 reason rash lingers — this step alone makes a huge difference.
